Write to hello@orbolabs.app. Tell us which app you use, your iPhone model and iOS version, and what happened. A screenshot helps.

Subscriptions

• Cancel: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose the app.
• Restore a purchase: in the app, open the subscription screen and tap Restore.
• Refunds: Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Nox

• Nox uses your location only while the app is open, to draw your route.
• Every night is private until you share it, and you can set any night to Only me.
• You can delete your account and all your data from inside the app.
